The fine print
Messages are counted per UTC calendar month; an upgrade raises the cap at once but does not reset the month's count.
Mail is kept until its address expires, 24 hours at most, and then deleted by a cleanup that runs every hour.
When the monthly cap is reached, incoming email is dropped silently. We will email you at 80% and again at 100% of the cap.
Billing
Your card statement will read LINK.COM* FABRICATEDEMAIL.
Checkout runs on Stripe's own domain.
On the Link website you can view your orders, change or cancel the subscription, and update the payment method and billing address. Questions about a specific charge, a refund or a receipt go to Link's support; questions about the service come to us.
The service itself is provided under our Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy.
Support
We do not provide email support for free accounts. This is a pro feature. We do have extensive documentation about the service and how to use it which should be enough for most.
